A rich, bodied espresso. This blend was formulated to give depth to every shot of espresso. The perfect shot of espresso is often classified by the 4 M’s of Espresso. Miscela, Macinacaffè, Macchina, and Mano. Miscela—the mixture or blend of coffee. This is what we aim to perfect with our Black Stallion Espresso Blend. Macinacaffe—the milling process, or how the coffee is ground. You can control the amount of water that flows through the grounds during the extraction process by grinding more finely or more coarsely. Macchina—the espresso machine extraction process. This is controlled by the temperature of water and the pressure at which the water is pushed through the grounds. Mano—the manual skills of the barista. Baristas can adjust the grind settings and machine settings to yield the best espresso possible.
