Wholesale Order Policy
Roastery hours of operation are Monday-Thursday 7am-3pm. Order cut off for same week delivery is 9 AM on Tue. We are starting to roast at night and with the addition of a larger roaster we will be grouping orders to increase our efficiency.
To ensure quality, our typical order lead time is 2 days. For example, if you place an order on Monday, your order gets placed on Tuesday’s production schedule, and will be shipped or delivered to you on Wednesday.
Coffee is at its peak flavor 5-21 days post roast. We try our hardest to fulfill orders with coffee that is 1-2 days off roast. To get the best flavor from your coffee, order appropriate quantities, so that you are always brewing coffees within that 5-21 day window. If you have coffee that is near the 21-day threshold, making cold brew with it is a great way to extend that product freshness another week or two.
Delivery & Shipping
Free delivery is available within a radius, for orders over $250, and is limited to once a week. Orders under $250, or special delivery requests, are subject to a delivery fee, or the FedEx rate, if it is shipped. Orders are always available for free pick-up at the roastery with prior notice.
Free shipping only applies to roasted coffee in order quantities 20 lbs and over. Coffee orders under 20 lbs, and all non-coffee items will be charged shipping.
